The National Assembly could not convene another session this morning due to lack of quorum.


Only 40 of the 53 deputies required for a quorum showed up.

NA Speaker Ara Babloyan mentioned that the registration process will continue until the moment when the quorum is not secured, but it cannot last more than 4 hours.
