RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan proposed to President Armen Sarkissian to fire the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces Movses Hakobyan.

Pashinyan announced this during the regular session of the government.


According to the Prime Minister, Movses Hakobyan will move to another job.

“The decision was made by mutual agreement. Today, by the end of the day, a new appointment will be made to the position of Chief of the General Staff, and tomorrow he will be presented to the Armed Forces,” said Nikol Pashinyan.
