The website armtimes.com of the newspaper “Haykakan Zhamanak” owned by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinan’s family reports that the first deputy chief of the General Staff, Major General Onik Gasparyan, will be appointed to the position of Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces.
