Aghvan Vardanian, a member of the Dashnaktsutyun Party, stated that according to Article 63 of the NA Rules of Procedure, Dashnaktsutyun took a 20-minute break. Let’s note that this was the 11th break. The previous 10 were taken by the Yelk (Way Out).
