STEPANAKERT, Artsakh Republic – On September 25, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakian met with philanthropist Alec Baghdasaryan, according to the Press Service of the President.
During the meeting, the two discussed issues related to the implementation of various programs in Artsakh.
