The multi-faceted investigation carried out by the investigative department of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of the investigative department of the Yerevan city of the RA investigative committee revealed the circumstances of the case of psychological influence on the employee of the tire repair shop by a person with the highest status of the criminal hierarchy, known by the nickname “Noratusci Alik”.

In particular, A.B., who has the highest status in the criminal hierarchy and is known by the nickname “Alik of Noratus”, on August 1, 2026, he drove a “Lamborghini” sports car, accompanied by another car, to a tire repair shop, where, ignoring the fact that the employee was serving another customer at the moment, he shouted obscene expressions and demanded to serve him urgently, otherwise, threatening to cause damage to the employee’s health.

During the preliminary investigation, according to the decision of the supervising prosecutor, a public criminal prosecution was initiated against A.B., according to Article 194, Part 2, Clause 7 of the Criminal Code (psychological influence with hooliganism).

The bail and the ban on absence were applied to him as a preventive measure.

The criminal proceedings were sent with the indictment to the supervising prosecutor to confirm it and send it to the court.
