As part of the criminal proceedings regarding the terrorist act committed by Nairi Hunanyan and others on October 27, 2019, restarted on December 27, 2019, a number of evidentiary and procedural actions have been carried out from October 27, 2025 until today.

♦ Requests for information have been sent.

♦ In order to find out a number of circumstances of significant importance in the criminal proceedings, 3 assignments were given to the operative body to carry out operative-investigative measures.

♦ Inspections of documents were carried out.

♦ With the permission of the supervising prosecutor, a number of secret documents were confiscated and studied in order to find out the circumstances of essential importance in the criminal proceedings.

♦ Secret investigative operations are being carried out.

♦ In the previous period, the supervising prosecutor conducted receptions of citizens with certain information about the case. The results of the admissions were sent to the investigator for the purpose of taking appropriate evidentiary actions.

Let’s remind that by the decision of the Prosecutor General on February 14, 2024, the investigation committee was assigned to continue the preliminary investigation in criminal proceedings.

The investigation is ongoing.
