Armenia will continue to be in the zone of influence of the cyclone that penetrated from the west.
Gagik Surenyan, deputy director of the “Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center” SNOC, stated this.
“According to the forecasts of the Armenian Hydrometeor, Armenia will continue to be in the zone of influence of the cyclone that penetrated from the west, as a result of which short thundery rains will be observed in most regions, in some areas they will be heavy, and possibly hail.
As for the forecasts for October, I must say that the average monthly air temperature in October in the entire territory of the Republic is predicted to be within the limits of the climatic norm, and the amount of precipitation is more than normal, which means that we are expecting a not hot and rainy October. Naturally, we will also have sunny days,” he noted on his Facebook page.
