The case regarding determining the compliance with the Constitution of the obligations stipulated in the framework agreement on strategic cooperation between RA and the USA regarding TRIPP was accepted for examination.

The trial will begin on September 15, 2026, and will be conducted by written procedure. Judge Edgar Shatiryan of the Constitutional Court was appointed a reporter in the case.

If the high court recognizes the obligations of the international treaty as conforming to the Constitution, it will be sent to the National Assembly for ratification.
