Asbarez: ARF Launches ‘Amaras’ Youth Internship Program

The ARF Bureau Youth Office is pleased to announce the launch of the AMARAS Internship Program for the worldwide ARF Youth and Student family.

The AMARAS Internship Program is a training and exchange initiative designed to prepare young cadres within the political, media, archival, cultural, and other institutions, offices, and centers operating under the auspices of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation. It offers a unique opportunity for members of the ARF Youth and Student organizations to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, exchange knowledge, and grow both personally and organizationally.

As part of the program, a participant from one region is placed in a corresponding ARF institution in another region for a designated period. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, participants take an active role in the institution’s daily work, become familiar with its methods and operations, and further strengthen their knowledge and skills.

The program aims to prepare young people through hands-on experience in institutions of historical significance while providing those institutions with temporary professional support and helping develop future cadres in their respective fields. It also promotes the exchange of experience between ARF Youth and Student Unions, strengthens ties among different regions, encourages participation in the national and community life of the host region, fosters a pan-Armenian outlook among young people, and contributes to their personal and collective development through organizational life.

The program is open to members of ARF Youth and Student Unions who have at least two years of membership and are between the ages of 18 and 28.

The program is now open to applicants until September 15. The names of selected participants will be announced in the second half of October.
