The head of the Prime Minister’s office, before leaving office, presented and approved a project with a package of issues not reported to the regular session of the government, according to which it was proposed to allocate 1 500 000 000 (one billion five hundred million) AMD from the reserve fund of the RA state budget to the RA Prime Minister’s office in the nine months of 2026 (includes the applicable taxes defined by RA legislation).

As stated in the justification of the project, the goal: It is the allocation of funds to the event “Advocate, legal services aimed at the representation and protection of the interests of the Republic of Armenia” of the program “Representation and protection of RA interests in international courts, international arbitrations and other international instances, ensuring the execution of judgments and decisions adopted by them” implemented by the RA Prime Minister’s Office under the 2026 state budget.

In the summary sheet, the Ministry of Finance had the only position, but the Ministry stated that it will be announced in a secret procedure.
