Ararat Mirzoyan’s Wife Discusses Prospects for Expanding Armenia-Italy Econom

As part of the Armenian government’s program aimed at promoting the entry of Armenian businesses into European markets, a working meeting was held on July 20 at the Honorary Consulate of Armenia in Venice, the Armenian Embassy in Italy reported.

The meeting was attended by Anushik Avetyan, Deputy Minister of Economy of Armenia; Vladimir Karapetyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to Italy; Gohar Abajyan, Director of the Investment Support Center Foundation; Marco Zecchinelli, President of the Venice Entrepreneurs’ Association of CONFAPI; CEO Nicola Zanon; and members of the organization’s board.

During the meeting, participants discussed prospects for expanding Armenia-Italy economic cooperation, exchanged views on promoting Armenian products in European markets across various sectors, strengthening trade and economic ties between the two countries, and creating new business opportunities.

The delegation was later received by Venice Prefect Darco Pellos. The meeting emphasized the importance of further developing economic and institutional cooperation between Armenia and Italy.
