The RA government decided to allocate AMD 5 billion to encourage the employees of a number of state administration bodies, based on their work results in the first half of 2026.

According to the project approved by the executive body, the incentive will be provided within the framework of the pilot performance evaluation system, which was approved by the government’s decision of November 27, 2025.

“There is a need to ensure the implementation of the mentioned decision by allocating an incentive fund to the state bodies”, – it is stated in the justification of the project.

The money to pay bonuses to the state apparatus will be allocated from the government’s reserve fund and will be distributed among the state bodies that have been evaluated according to the new standards.
