“Roselin Bai Kok” company dealing with roses will be exempted from paying 83 million drams of customs duty. In its last session, the government accepted the project in a package of non-reportable issues.

According to the justification of the project, “Roselyn BY COOK” LLC plans to use the imported raw materials and equipment for the construction of a state-of-the-art greenhouse, where roses will be grown, investing about 1.6 billion drams for the purchase of raw materials and equipment, and 400 million drams for the implementation of construction works. Currently, there are 28 jobs with an average monthly salary of AMD 260,000 until 2027. it is planned to increase the number of jobs to 39 with an average monthly salary of 260 thousand drams. The value of the goods submitted for obtaining the privilege is 1.6 billion drams.

By the way, this same company was exempted from paying customs duty of 81.5 million drams by the government’s decision back in January. At that time, it was mentioned in the justification that 1.6 billion drams worth of equipment for growing roses would be imported from non-EEU member states.

We are informed by the State Register of Legal Entities that the company “Roselyn Bai Kok” received state registration on June 17, 2025. The owner of the company is Yuri Kokobelyan, the nephew of the chairman of the “Free Democrats” party Khachatur Kokobelyan.

Moreover, Yuri Kokobelyan’s name is also identified in the register with these companies: “ERIEM ENERGY” LLC, “BERRY HOUSE” CJSC, “LUYSCAR” LLC, “MEGAENERGY” LLC, “ARGISHTI-2” LLC, “ROSE EMPIRE” LLC, “MIT AGRO” LLC, “MODERN” LLC. And two more of these companies, “Argishti-2” and “Mit Argo”, are identified with Nikol Pashinyan’s brother, Armen Pashinyan. according to various publications, he is the director of these companies owned by Yuri Kokobelyan, as well as the director of “Mina-Maya” company owned by Yuri Kokobelyan’s father, Vachik Kokobelyan.

One more addition. In the summer of 2024, law enforcement announced a wanted list for Yuri Kokobelyan. it was said that he drove a car without a driver’s license.
