As part of the proceedings for confiscation of property of illegal origin, based on the petition of the General Prosecutor’s Office, “Araratcement” PB Company was handed over to the management and maintenance of the Republic of Armenia by the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court.
It should be reminded that on October 9, 2023, the General Prosecutor’s Office submitted a claim to the Anti-Corruption Court against Gagik Kolya Tsarukyan and his related persons for confiscation of property of illegal origin. According to the petition, as property of illegal origin, among other things, it was requested to confiscate the shares of “Araratcement” PB company in favor of the Republic of Armenia.
Within the framework of the case of confiscation of property of illegal origin, on July 13, 2026, the General Prosecutor’s Office submitted to the Anti-Corruption Court a petition regarding the application of a security measure for the transfer of the management and custody of the shares of “Araratcement” PB Company to the Republic of Armenia.
According to the decision of the court on July 15, 2026, the submitted petition was granted.
The management and custody of the shares of “Araratcement” PB Company was handed over to the Republic of Armenia.
In addition, the lawsuit demands that Gagik Kolya be confiscated from Tsarukyan:
– 75 immovable properties and market value of 10 properties, 57 of which are located in Yerevan.
– 42 vehicles.
– Participation in 38 legal entities, including: “Multi Group Concern” LLC, “Multi Autotrans” LLC, “Onira Club” LLC and other legal entities.
– 105 billion 865 million 865 thousand drams, which includes the balance of illegal income and expenditure, as well as the loans granted, the right of surrendered claim and the market value of 5 vehicles.
