Princess Margaret’s grandson Sam Chatto proposed to his girlfriend, British-Armenian artist Eleanor Exerjian.

According to Armenpress, the groom announced the happy news on his Instagram page. “I’m really happy to announce that Ellie and I are engaged. And we couldn’t be happier. I proposed with a porcelain ring I made,” wrote Sam Chatto.

The couple has been dating since 2021. They are both graduates of the University of Edinburgh. In 2022, the couple visited Armenia. Sam Chatto, a potter artist, together with Eleanor Exerjian, within the framework of their “Imagined Landscapes” project, traveled around Armenia for about a month, got acquainted with the Armenian historical and cultural heritage and exceptional architectural monuments. Sam and Eleanor summed up the work that lasted for about a month with an exhibition.
