The international community also understands that Nikol Pashinyan’s government no longer has the legitimacy it once had.

It is impossible to imagine that under the conditions of such administrative pressures, threats, use of social leverage and, as has been mentioned many times, election bribes, it would be possible to obtain the announced results.
