I am sure that there are few people in Armenia who believe that the activities of the current regime are conditioned by internal realities or developments.

External governance is carried out in RA, and the political processes taking place inside the country proceed within the framework of its logic.

Whatever problem is brought down from the outside, they act on it internally, from legislative changes to arrests.
