Armenia’s Sofia Baghramyan has become the European Girls U10 Rapid Chess Vice-Champion.

Sofia scored 7.5 points out of 9 and improved her rapid rating by 189 points, the Armenian Chess Federation reported on Thursday.

“Congratulations to Sofia on winning the silver medal, and we wish her many more achievements!” it said in a statement.
