H.E. New appointments of clerics were made under the patriarchal direction of Karekin the Second Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.

Reverend T. Reverend Ignatios Malkhasyan, freed from his duties at the Saint Gayane Monastery, was appointed abbot of the Khor Virap Monastery.

Reverend T. Hovhannes Abegha Torgomyan, released from the duties of the Spiritual Inspector of the “Izmirlian” Medical Center of the Mother See, was called to study at the Bosse Monastery in Switzerland.

Honorable T. Garnik priest Avoyan and Fr. Priest Davit Igityan was assigned to serve in the Armenian Diocese of Bulgaria.
