Searches were completed in “Ararat Cement”, “Multi Wellness”, Yerevan Ararat Cognac, Wine, Vodka Combine, “Multi Stone” companies, “Olympavan” and the National Olympic Committee of Armenia. This was stated by his spokesperson, deputy candidate Iveta Tonoyan, in front of the house of PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan.

“I regret to announce that the National Olympic Committee of Armenia has been bankrupted and its activities have been stopped. This is a shame of the international level, because this causes a lot of damage to Armenia’s international reputation. There was no such precedent in the world. I am more than sure that the RA authorities and the people who have taken responsibility for this whole process will see the disastrous consequences of this operation in a very short period of time.

The “Araratcement” factory, the Yerevan Ararat cognac, wine, vodka combine, the administrative building next to the combine, the high tower in front of the municipality, were also painted over. The administrative building was also repaired, there are the offices and accounting of the “Multi Group” concern.

The “Multi Stone” company, which is engaged in the production of stones, has also been bankrupted and its activities have been stopped. Actions are still going on in “Olympavan”, but we have a problem there, because the USA wrestling team was training there, we have a UFC world champion who was training there, and serious problems have arisen in that regard.

The searches are continuing at the “Multi Grand” hotel in “Paravan”.

All those companies, in particular, “Ararat Cement” factory, “Multi Stone”, “Multi Wellness”, Yerevan Ararat Cognac, Wine, Vodka Combine, which were secured by the Central Committee, all employees were evacuated, including security workers, service staff, which can cause serious security problems, because some of them are factories where there are explosive materials. In this regard, our lawyers are working to start an appeal process, so that at least we can ensure the safety of these institutions,” Tonoyan said, news.am reports.

Let’s remind that since this morning, simultaneous searches are underway in dozens of companies belonging to the family of PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan.

The investigative committee informed that more than 70 addresses are being searched simultaneously within the framework of more than a dozen criminal proceedings being investigated by the investigative committee.  

Iveta Tonoyan also noted that since early morning, representatives of various parties have been calling, offering words of support, willingness to listen.

“Personally, I have spoken with representatives of many forces and as far as I know, they are going to make a statement.”

To the question: if Tsarukyan had not participated in the election process, would all this have happened to him, he answered.

“Gagik Tsarukyan makes decisions about his activities, participation in “Prosperous Armenia” and all other issues personally. In this case, too, Gagik Tsarukyan made a decision to participate in the elections, because as an Armenian, a compassionate person could not just sit idly by and be indifferent, seeing all the processes that, unfortunately, are taking place in post-war Armenia.

I don’t tend to be guided by “ifs”, but we all understand that this process was specifically threatened by physical reprisals, economic reprisals, and political reprisals, especially during the pre-election period. Gagik Tsarukyan was never aggressive in this whole process, he responded to the threats and insults, he said hundreds of times that he will not drop his class, but even after his admonitions, inappropriate and non-political rhetoric was always heard, some of which Gagik Tsarukyan, yes, had to address with that terminology.”
