According to the judgment of the CC, the decision of CEC 259 A is “left in force”, it is final and not subject to appeal.

To remind, after the June 7 elections, 7 political forces: “Strong Armenia” and “Armenia” alliances, “Prosperous Armenia”, “Wings of Unity”, “Democracy, Law, Discipline”, “Alliance of Defenders of Democracy for the Republic of the Republic”, “New Power” parties applied to the CC with the demand to declare the election results invalid.
