Law enforcement officers seized jewelry and a sum of cash during a search of his residence, ARF Supreme Body representative Ishkhan Saghatelyan said during a briefing with reporters, providing details of the operation.

According to Saghatelyan, the actions of law enforcement agencies are related to an alleged failure to comply with obligations imposed by the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

“This is yet another instance of persecution and another unlawful action. The Compulsory Enforcement Service has been involved in a certain process and has made demands. All of this is absurd,” Saghatelyan stated.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee told Aysor.am that investigative and procedural actions were being carried out at Saghatelyan’s residence within the framework of ongoing criminal proceedings.
