On June 24, the Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by Judge Tigran Davtyan, published the decision to replace the sentence of Goris community leader Arush Arushanyan with imprisonment.

The court rejected the petition of the head of the Syunik regional body of the Probation Service, which demanded that Arushanyan be deprived of his freedom and the decision not to apply the sentence conditionally.

Thus, Arush Arushanyan will not be imprisoned and will remain free.
