There are positive aspects to this development. First, the statement specifies that the arrangement is being implemented on a commercial basis, meaning it concerns the sale of purely transit internet traffic. Second, from the perspective of communications with Nakhichevan and the Middle East, they are becoming more dependent on us. Let me briefly elaborate on this point.”

It should be recalled that Telecom Armenia and AzerTelecom have signed an agreement on the transit of internet traffic.
