I think Karapetyan misses a bit. The USA, for example, has already been declared “guilty”. After August 8, Nikol Pashinyan complained about the US democratic administration. Ararat Mirzoyan from the administration with whose secretary of state, in the last days of his tenure, signed a charter of strategic partnership commissions.

After August 8, Pashinyan announced that “it is not that we were satisfied with the approaches of the democratic administration”. Thus, at least in terms of democratic administration, he has already essentially declared the US guilty. Of course, there is no doubt that after the defeat of the Republicans, Nikol Pashinyan will pass the baton of “guilt” to them, if, of course, the Armenian public does not register Nikol Pashinyan’s defeat by voting in the parliamentary elections.
