The Iranian mass media spread the statement of Velayati, adviser to the spiritual leader of Iran, former foreign minister of that country, regarding “Trump’s path”.

The latter mentioned this verbatim:

“On the other hand, the change in calculations in the Caucasus and the fading of the imposed phrase “Trump’s (Zangezur) Corridor” showed that now the map of regional corridors is drawn not by Washington’s threats, but by the field realities formed by Tehran.”

If I am not mistaken, this is the first statement of such a high-ranking Iranian official regarding the “Trump path” after the significant changes that took place in the ruling elite of Iran during the 40-day war.

It should be noted that Velayati also stood out in the past with a very tough stance on this matter.
