“KP killed a person for a propaganda poster
Armen Hovhannisyan committed suicide in a psychiatric hospital
A case was made against Armen for something he did not do.
Armen damaged the propaganda poster of CP, which can be considered an administrative offense at most, the heaviest punishment is a fine of 100,000 drams.
They threatened Armen with a criminal article for damaging a poster, allegedly because he obstructed the sermon. They did this in order to terrorize other citizens as well, so that they would not rip off the flag of the constitutional violator who massacred 5,000 people by deceiving them, ethnically cleansed 150,000 people.
Armen was arrested and then taken to a psychiatric hospital. Hanged himself in a psychiatric hospital.
