Foreign citizens can work in RA by obtaining a work permit and temporary residence status in advance. This was reported by the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

For this purpose, the employer can submit an application online on the workpermit.am unified electronic platform of the migration and citizenship service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

Work permit and temporary residence status is granted or denied within a maximum of 30 days from the date of submission of the application.
