An operational consultation was held on May 12, 2026 under the leadership of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan. This is reported by the prosecutor’s office.

RA Deputy Prosecutor General Aram Aramyan, Lilit Grigoryan, Edgar Arsenyan, Yeghiazar Avagyan, RA Deputy Prosecutor General, RA Military Prosecutor Grigor Elizbaryan, Yerevan City Prosecutor Rafael Manukyan, Heads of the General Prosecutor’s Office, Prosecutors of administrative districts, regions and garrisons of Yerevan participated in the consultation.

A number of issues related to supervision and control of criminal proceedings initiated by sensitive cases, as well as work organization and discipline were discussed.

In connection with the raised issues, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia gave strict instructions and set deadlines for their implementation.
