Dear compatriots,

Today, April 24, we commemorate the 1.5 million innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide. Time is powerless to dull the pain that the descendants of the Genocide victims are still experiencing until historical justice is not restored.

This is not just a memorial day. This is the day of our conscience, our historical memory, our national identity. But we should not just mourn. We must live, fight for the restoration of justice, build and strengthen our homeland, so that the whole civilized world is convinced that the Armenian will is unbreakable. The memory of our martyrs obliges us to be strong, to be united, never to forget and never to surrender.

Let’s never forget and deny our past, let’s protect our national dignity together. Let’s build together the kind of Armenia that our ancestors dreamed of.
