The “Independent Observer” alliance has found alleged violations in the activities of the “My Step” fund in recent months and is applying to the Administrative Court, demanding 15 episodes of administrative liability against Anna Hakobyan, the head of the executive body of the fund. “The alliance considers the concerts in Gyumri on April 19 and Yerevan on April 23 as a propaganda event of the CP. their expenditure had to be made in accordance with the Law on Parties.
