Foundation and Development

The parent company was founded in 1998. Since 2000, Transimpex has been the official representative of the international logistics company FedEx Corporation in Armenia. FedEx is a leading international logistics company providing a wide range of services: express delivery, customs clearance, return goods management, warehousing, and distribution.

The company has an extensive global network: more than 5,000 offices, 13 regional aviation hubs, about 200,000 vehicles, and around 700 aircraft, serving 650 airports worldwide.Since 2015, it has been the official representative of Major Express in Armenia and provides express deliveries to and from the EAEU countries. 

This service allows for deliveries to major cities in the Russian Federation within an average of one working day.Since 2018, Transimpex has also been the representative of the international company World Courier in Armenia, specializing in the delivery of perishable goods requiring special temperature conditions.Transimpex is a member of prestigious global logistics organizations such as FIATA, WCA, and JCtrans. TEX

The TEX brand of the Transimpex group of companies is one of the leaders in domestic deliveries in Armenia, offering a modern courier service operating on the “door-to-door” principle. To ensure transparency and convenience of the delivery process, the tex.am online platform operates, allowing customers to order, manage, and track their deliveries.

Today, TEX is a partner of the largest Chinese trading platform, TEMU, in Armenia.
