Seeing such a united Armenian people, I understand that we are achieving our dream of unification. Narek Karapetyan, member of the council of the “Strong Armenia” party, began his speech at the rally called with these words.

“Our dream is fulfilled and the glory of this whole world belongs to our God. And we are the tools to ensure the development of the oldest Christian nation in the world, and we will ensure that development together. I know what keeps you from believing in our future success. You were promised many times that you will have everything, but they did not fulfill that promise. Sometimes understanding, sometimes not understanding, they took steps that weakened our country. But weakness does not suit you, Armenian nation, we will not accept it,” he said, adding that in every historical period, when we thought there was no way out, fate chose the sons of our people and threw them into the arena to change the course.

“10 months ago, on the day when Samvel Karapetyan and I visited the Etchmiadzin Mother Cathedral, I could not have imagined that today, together with tens of thousands of our compatriots, we can herald the beginning of turning changes in the country. We have been guided by prejudice, and we have done and are doing everything to bring about the much-needed change. In order to end poverty, real investments of billions of dollars from real investors will finally flow to Armenia,” Karapetyan continued, assuring that Armenians will work and live well, but it will take time.

“Our country will have 300,000 new jobs,” he emphasized.
