Speaker of Parliament of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, spoke by phone on Tuesday with Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matviyenko.

Simonyan congratulated Matviyenko on her birthday.
