As part of the criminal proceedings being investigated in the Main Department of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found that the company registered in the RA hid its real turnover and did not fully include it in the tax calculations submitted to the RA State Revenue Committee, as a result of which particularly large amounts of taxes were hidden and not paid.

As a result of investigative and other administrative actions during the preliminary investigation, 200 million AMD was recovered from the damage caused to the state.
