YEREVAN, DECEMBER 22, ARMENPRESS. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held phone talks, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said.
