Armella Shakaryan appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to Mexico

President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree, appointing Armella Shakaryan as Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Mexico.

Armella Shakaryan previously headed the USA and Canada Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
