On September 12, the officers of the criminal investigation department of the Nor Nork police department brought 32-year-old Sergey H., a resident of Avan administrative district, to the Nor Nork police department on suspicion of theft.
According to Shamshyan.com, the latter is suspected of stealing the speedometer installed on the sidewalk in front of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy in Yerevan, using technical means, around 00:30 on September 12.
According to the source, the police also found the stolen speedometer device.
