YEREVAN, MARCH 13, ARMENPRESS. Foreign Minister of Artsakh Masis Mayilyan sees no chances for progress in Nagorno Karabakh peace process without the participation of Artsakh, ARMENPRESS reports Mayilyan said after the meeting with OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic Miroslav Lajčák.

“We presented our approaches to the Chairperson-in-Office, brought justifications why Artsakh should participate in the negotiation process of NK conflict settlement as the 3rd party. If Artsakh does not participate in the talks, we can have no progress”, the Minister said.

Masis Mayilyan said that they highlight the meetings between Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev and those meetings should be continuous.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
