The embargo placed on the pension account of former RA Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, who is accused of subverting the constitutional order in the “March 1” criminal case, was lifted by the investigator’s decision.

Earlier, during the preliminary investigation, the investigator made a decision to seize Seyran Ohanyan’s property, including financial resources, within the framework of which the pension account was also seized.

Seyran Ohanyan does not accept the accusation against him.
