Why was Marukyan in favor of Tigran Sargsyan and Hovik Abrahamyan, but against Pashinyan?

It follows directly from the RA Constitution that the Prime Minister resigns if the Government plan is not accepted. In other words, whether or not to accept the Government’s plan is essentially a vote of confidence given or not given to the Prime Minister.

“And, in fact, today we have a situation where my colleague Edmon Marukyan voted FOR Tigran Sargsyan’s government plan, thereby giving a vote of confidence to Tigran Sargsyan, to Hovik Abrahamyan’s government plan, thus also to Hovik Abrahamyan, and AGAINST Nikol Pashinyan’s government plan, thereby giving Nikol Pashinyan a vote of NO CONFIDENCE.
