YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 6, ARMENPRESS. The Public Services Regulatory Commission has issued a warning to Gazprom Armenia for violating a deadline of submitting documents.

The decision was made at a sitting of the agency today.

According to the Public Services Regulatory Commission, Gazprom Armenia filed information documents on its 2018 November activities on December 28, 2018, whereas by law it had to submit the documents by the 25th.

The company had later clarified to the commission that it had disagreements with Electric Networks of Armenia about electricity volumes and fines, that’s why it was late to submit the documents since it had to make adjustments in the initial document.

However, the commission did not acknowledge the explanation to be an “objective reason”.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
