By the decree of RA President Armen Sarkissian, Alexander Arzumanyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of Sweden. We learn about this from the official website of the president.


“Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 132, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution.


To appoint Alexander Arzumanyan as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of Sweden (residence: Stockholm), leaving him to jointly perform the powers of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of Denmark and the Kingdom of Norway,” the presidential decree states.
