Russian president congratulates Armen Sarkissian and Nikol Pashinyan on New Year holidays

President of Russia Vladimir Putin congratulated Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian acting PM Nikol Pashinyan with New Year and Christmas holidays.

In the congratulatory message Putin stressed that Armenian and Russian relations are based on ancient-long traditions and cultural and spiritual closeness.
