Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree appointing Arman Kirakosyan Armenia’s ambassador to Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
With another decree Kirakosyan has been recalled from the post of Armenia’s ambassador to Austria and from other international organizations.
