The SRC Chairman Vardan Harutyunyan answered to the journalists’ question about not serving in the army. “I entered the University in 1992 and graduated in 1996. In 1996, I had two sons and that’s why I didn’t go to the army. If you consider that it is a sin, I apologize for it,” he said.
