According to the decree signed by RA President Serzh Sargsyan, RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Argentina, Estera Mkrtumyan, was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, the Republic of Chile, and the Republic of Peru.


“Guided by the 2005 amendments to Article 55, Clause 8 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, I decide.


Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Argentina, Estera Mkrtumyan, was jointly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, the Republic of Chile, and the Republic of Peru (residence: Buenos Aires),” the decree signed by the president says.


Estera Mkrtumyan was appointed RA ambassador to Argentina in February 2017.
