Manchester United star Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been pictured with Russian model and FIFA ambassador Victoria Lopyreva after he jetted back to Armenia.
Mkhitaryan was happy to post pictures of the pair together in Yerevan, the country’s capital and seemed to be making the most of his summer break.
The 28-year-old posted the following on his Twitter site: ‘Nice time in Armenia with LopyrevaVika’
Lopyreva became famous when she hosted the draw for the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup draw and is also the official ambassador of the FIFA World Cup which will take place in her home nation next summer.
The pair seemed happy enough as they posed for pictures after Mkhitaryan carried out his duties as an ambassador for UNICEF on Tuesday.
The United midfielder has only just finished international duty after his country suffered a 4-1 defeat against Montenegro in a World Cup qualifier on Saturday.
Mkhitaryan was involved in his side’s only goal of the game as he played the assist for Ruslan Koryan to get on the scoresheet.
Armenia crushing defeat saw them slip to fifth in the group as they face a major battle to qualify for the World Cup next summer.
