RUSSIAN PROSECUTOR GENERAL’S OFFICE: PERMYAKOV WILL NOT BE HANDED

The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has replied to the letter
of Member of Parliament Zaruhi Postanjyan to the Russian President
Vladimir Putin, cc to the Russian prosecutor general Yuri Chayka. It
states that Permyakov will not be handed to the Armenian side.
